Race Day: $25.00 — Registration from 9 am to 10:45 am race day. Be sure not to show up at the last minute if you are registering morning of!
A portion of race profits will go to The Boys and Girls Club of Cedar Rapids.

Parking
Main parking will be outside Prairie Oak Lodge, although that is expected to fill. After that, people can be dropped off at Prairie Oak Lodge but overflow parking will be in the lot near Red Cedar Lodge. A 15 passenger van will provide shuttle service between overflow parking and race headquarters, or participants may walk the approximately half mile along the road. Parking is not allowed along the grass or the road.

Course
The course will be similar to prior years.
The approximate route of Freeze Fest. Please follow signs and directions on race day for the official route.

Miscellaneous
You know the deal. Haven't seen your running buddies for a while?
Bundle up & wear your spiked running shoes.
Your finishing time is not important.
Slip-Slide your way to some winter running fun!!!

All Club Social
A social will follow the Freeze Fest in the Prairie Oak Lodge after awards for members of Midwest Xtreme Tri Club and CVRA. Tomaso's pizza, beer, wine, pop, water and Gatorade and more will be provided. A DJ will also be there with optional karaoke! Come for the run and stay for awhile and have a blast with all your Running, Swimming and Biking friends!
