| | This fall we will be hosting a 5k and 1 mile run/walk in Iowa City, IA on Sunday, October 10. The race starts at 9 AM in Lower City Park and runs on paths through the park and adjacent neighborhoods. The race is open to people of all ages and all participants have the option to run or walk. Following the race there will be a live band, snacks and raffle prizes. All proceeds will go to support the Iowa City/Johnson County Senior Center.
