Time: Race day registration starts at 6:30 am. 1 mile starts at 7:40 am, 4 mile starts at 8:00 am

Route: Both courses start and finish at Rustic Park in Lost Nation. The four mile is a loop of pavement and gravel with some challenging hills. The one mile course is entirely in town.
