Longer distance runs, but usually an out an back route so all distances welcome. Group run may not occur if there is an area race that morning.

During the summer ususally meets at the Sac and Fox Trail, East Post Rd Trail Head. Rest of the year meets in the Cedar Rapids Running Wild parking lot.
